who may not be reading the church bulletin!

 

One way to invite is to use e-vite for those women of the parish who have e-mail addresses so they may receive their invitations to participate in programs, planning, whatever you have going on in your CCW,

via the internet.

 

Where do you get those e-mail addresses?

Ø Ask your parish secretary or whomever it is that has contact information for parishioners.

Ø Ask the women who attend your meetings/programs to sign in with their e-mail addresses.

 

Have an e-secretary whose responsibility it is to send your invitations and announcements to those in the CCW electronic address book using a CCW e-mail address.

 

(It is best to keep all CCW announcements, etc. within a separate e-mail address to avoid confusion with the e-secretary’s personal communications.)
